From:ChinaDaily  Writer:  Date:2014-02-25
A conference on cultural relics, press, publication, radio, film and television work for the Inner Mongolia autonomous region held on Feb 13 announced that comprehensive systematic reform will be launched in the region’s culture, press, publication, radio, film and television sectors.

Liu Xinle, vice-chairman of the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, was on hand to give a speech at the conference.

According to the conference, the region will work quickly to construct a cultural system featuring Inner Mongolian characteristics and promote both non-profit cultural institutions and the for-profit cultural industry.

The conference pushed for the reform of cultural enterprises to accelerate State-owned enterprise reform adhering to the corporate system.

The region’s cultural institutions will reform human resources, income distribution and social security systems and work for the public welfare by strengthening service functions.
